Whistle Punks UK are hiring a Brand Hero. We are looking for a superstar copywriter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for people.
As the face of the company, you should be an excellent ‘people person’ with great copywriting and customer service skills excelling in the ability to moderate online and offline conversations amongst our community.
You will respond to incoming enquiries across all our consumer-facing channels (including review sites, customer email enquiries and social media) and take action to make sure our customer experience is first class. Customer engagement is key and so is building our online communities through fun and engaging conversations.
As the first point of contact, you will need to maintain a consistent tone of voice and ensure customers have a positive connection to our brand. Due to the popularity of the Whistle Punks experience, this is a fast-paced role but fully supported by the Customer Happiness Representative, wider Marketing and Operations team.
It’s an exciting time to join the Whistle Punks HQ team as 2019/2020 will see the opening of new venues and key brand projects launched.
This role is based in our head office in London SE1.
